1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of nervao.com and the Nervao analytical platform, owned by Nervao S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Nature of the service
Nervao is an analytical platform that organizes and presents information for informational purposes only. The platform does not provide professional, legal, financial, accounting or any other kind of advice. Information presented shall not be interpreted as a recommendation.
3. No guarantee of results
Using the platform does not guarantee specific results. The user is solely responsible for decisions taken based on the information consulted.
4. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, respecting applicable Argentine legislation and refraining from any action that could damage, disable or overload the platform.
5. Intellectual property
All content, marks, logos and elements of the site are property of Nervao S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nervao S.A.S. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
